Jordan's turn!

Jordan begged and pleaded to come back this year. He wanted to turn a bowl and go fishing and play games and go school clothes shopping and and and and....So we did all of the above! It only took a few short days, but we had a lot of fun!

Primary Stings...

Sometimes Primary can be a wild time...today was one of them. To see how well the children knew their songs for the program, we came up with something really fun! If they sang loud and knew the words...the bees got out and stung Sister Brown...they got to put the red dots on my face. You have never heard such singing!!!! Well, you can see how well they did all over my face!

Kaitlyn came to the studio with me for the morning, I had to work a little while she was here. So I put her in front of the camera. She really liked it when I changed her eyes to purple :).

Kaitlyn turns a wand

Kaitlyn came for her visit and not to be outdone by nephews...she also turned a wand. With Brian's help she handled the tools like a pro and soon had her own cherry wand. Here's pics...

Baptism for Conner boy!

Conner turned eight so it was time for his baptism. He called me a week earlier and asked me to give one of the talks. How could I say no! Love this little guy!

"Doo"ing Quilt Market...

Headed to SLC to be with Shari and see the world that she is apart of...Spring Quilt Market. Wow, it was cool to see her fabric in the Riley Blake booth and all the "girlie" stuff there. It was really visually overwhelming but fun. Thanks Shari for getting us in and letting us be apart of your world.

Bag it Baby!!

Look what I just made out of my sister's Hooty Hoot scraps! I am actually quite impressed that I did this. Guess I just decided to get my sew on! :)

Oh, by the way, don't tell her yet but I sent the blue button one to Shari for her birthday...I know, she designed the fabric and all, but I thought she would want one! So if you see me walking around with a blue purse/bag...ignore the smile!

Oh, Canada....

Time to travel! Brian and I met Greg and Rachel's family in Victoria, BC for a little fun, frolic and family pictures!! We had a blast getting to know each other and saw many wonderful things but the best part of the trip was just spending time with them and the kids!!!

50th Anniversary

Brian's parents celebrated their 50th anniversary this year, and the family threw a party! My parents came up...two more years and it is their turn! In today's age, it is wonderful to see commitment that lasts!
